CREAMY PEACH
VANILLA POPSICLES
These are quite creamy.
4 peach halves from canned
(drained and rinsed), OR 2 fresh peaches
1 cup heavy cream (250 mL)
1/2 cup sour cream
(125 mL)
1/2 tsp vanilla
extract (2 mL)
In food processor or blender, combine peach halves,
heavy cream, liquid sweetener, sour cream and vanilla extract. Process until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze.
