STRAWBERRY YOGURT
SHAKE

of plain yogurt contains 4 grams of carbs?
This is because the nutritional analysis does not take into account the
fact that the lactose is turned into lactic acid by the live bacteria. Go-diet
Author, Jack Goldberg, is the one who alerted the public to this fact, based on lab studies.
