FAVORITE LOW-CARB
SNACKS
The
question of what to grab for a low-carb snack is an often-asked question by
newbies to the low-carb way of life. In
our society we are so used to having ready-made snacks that we can put in our
pantry, freezer or refrigerator and reach for when the snacking urge
arrives. Most of these familiar snacks
are off limits on a low-carb diet. Use
common sense when choosing some of these snacks. Some of them will only be for later in the
diet when weight loss is not as crucial and yet a few others require eating in
moderation or they could cause a stall.
