BLUEBERRY FROSTY

On a hot day, it is great to be able to whip up a sweet, frosty treat!  Blueberries are a good source of antioxidants and will also give endothelial support for blood vessels, essential during the covid-19 pandemic.  


INGREDIENTS:  

2 cups frozen blueberries (500 mL)

  (unsweetened)

Liquid sweetener to equal 1/4 cup sugar (60 mL)

1/2 cup chilled heavy cream (125 mL)


INSTRUCTIONS:

In food processor, or blender, process blueberries, liquid sweetener and heavy cream until smooth.  Serve.

Yield:  4 servings
