This cookbook was printed in December, 2012 and later a completely revised edition was brought out in February, 2015. This cookbook has 6 authors from the Low-Carbing Among Friends' team at the time. Some of us remain and others have retired from the cookbook business. It is wonderful to still have their recipes with us in this beautiful cookbook. George, a professional chef, is a much-loved and a well-known figure in the low-carb world and yearly sells his cookbooks on QVC. Not only that he used to have his own cooking show on the Food Network TV. Stacey Crawford has written an amazing new cookbook for the Instant Pot, Peggy Hardaway has 2 LCAF's cookbooks devoted to her recipes. Kent Altena is an IT expert and a great cook at home; his family-tested recipes are usually very low-carb and easy to follow. Judy Barnes Baker, famous for Carb Wars and another cookbook has lovely recipes in this cookbook that you will enjoy.
